Technical Trainer / Professor – Python & SQL

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer / Professor with 2–3 years of experience in teaching Python and SQL. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation and a commitment to helping students build industry-ready skills. This role is perfect for someone with a teaching background in IT, software development, or data technologies who enjoys mentoring students and shaping future professionals.

This position is for IDEA – Institute of Data Engineering and Analytics, an initiative by Complere Infosystem Pvt. Ltd., focused on delivering high-quality, career-oriented technical education.

Location - Mohali & Ambala

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging classroom sessions on Python and SQL
• Design and develop curriculum materials, lab exercises, and assessments
• Guide students through practical projects and hands-on problem-solving
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain academic records and ensure training outcomes are met
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training
• Support institute activities, workshops, and student mentorship programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2–3 years of teaching/training experience in a technical subject
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python and SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Patience, professionalism, and a student-focused mindset
• Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebook, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of additional technologies (e.g., Data Structures, Git, HTML) is a plus
• Prior experience in industrial training or working with an IT institute

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
