Technical Trainer (Pharmaceutical)

he Technical Trainer is responsible for identifying organizational training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards. This role supports employee competency development while maintaining high levels of documentation accuracy and operational hygiene

Identify training needs and design annual training calendars to support continuous employee development.
Conduct impactful technical and compliance training sessions, followed by effective evaluation and improvement. Implement and monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, Halal, and cGMP standards to ensure full QMS compliance. Develop, update, and maintain SOPs to keep documentation accurate, organized, and audit-ready at all times. Support management with data-driven insights for career development, succession planning, and performance appraisals. Oversee pest control, laundry, and uniform management to maintain top-tier hygiene and operational standards.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: 8–12 years (Pharma industry mandatory)
Qualification: UG/PG Graduates
