Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, providing hands-on training sessions, assessing trainees' performance, and continuously updating the training curriculum. The trainer will also be expected to utilize various training methodologies and tools to ensure effective learning and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Skills in Technical Training, Training & Development, and Training
• Strong Communication skills for delivering effective training sessions
• Experience leading and developing Technical Trainers
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in creating and updating training materials
• Relevant experience in AI or related technical fields is a plus
• Certifications from Google, AWS, Azure, Nvidia, Github, Databricks
• Bachelor's degree is must
