Role & responsibilities

  • Deliver

    Safety & Compliance

    training
  • Train on

    5S Principles

    : Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
  • Conduct practical training on the

    complete blade manufacturing process

  • Provide hands-on training on:

  • VMC

    (Vertical Machining Center)

  • HMC

    (Horizontal Machining Center)

  • UMC

    (Universal Machining Center)
  • Train on CNC controls:

    Siemens, Fanuc, Mazatrol, Heidenhain

  • Guide on machine setup, process execution & spec adherence
  • Educate on

    cutting tool

    usage, selection & maintenance
  • Maintain training records, gather feedback & generate progress reports
