As a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd, your role involves taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing the problems effectively and recommending the most suitable plan to address the customer's concerns. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote and sell technical support plans along with relevant software to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls related to technical issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. - Diagnose customer problems accurately and provide appropriate solutions. - Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software products to customers. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support. - Proven ability to independently close calls. - Strong convincing and sales skills.
