Location: 46C, Velachery, Near Prashanth Hospital, Velachery, Chennai.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational Day Shift (10 AM 7 PM or 11 AM 8 PM)

Week Off: Rotational

Job Role:

We are hiring for a Technical Support Voice Process at Alldigi Tech Limited. As a Technical Support Associate, you will handle technical customer queries and provide solutions via voice and chat support (semi-voice process).

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide clear and accurate solutions to customers via voice and chat.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams if needed.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.

Requirements:

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent in communication skills in English & any regional language (preferred).
Basic understanding of technical support or customer service.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
Salary:
Based on experience and managerial interview performance.
