Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Support

  • Provide technical assistance to international customers via Voice or Chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products/services.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant teams.

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly in English with international clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.

Work Details

  • 5 days working per week.
  • Both side cab facility provided.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1 year of international technical support experience.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Candidates with chat support experience can also apply.
