Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated IT Support Trainee to join our team! You'll learn and support our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or chat
- Assist in setting up and maintaining IT equipment
- Learn and support IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve issues
Required Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts, hardware, and software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eager to learn and grow in IT support
