Job Title: Project Coordinator (Agile/Scrum) Location: Noida Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Coordinate for day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations as aligned. Collaboration with cross-functional teams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). Track sprint progress and help remove impediments for the development team. Monitor JIRA boards and ensure timely updates of tasks, stories, and bugs. Maintain project documentation, sprint reports, and action logs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and management. Escalate issues and risks in a timely and structured manner. Assist in preparing project dashboards and reports using excel or reporting tools. Job Requirements: Basic understanding of SDLC, product lifecycle, and QA processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of other project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence and strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. Familiarity with Agile metrics like burn-down charts, velocity, cumulative flow diagrams. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Filtering/Analysis). Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and project reporting for presentations. Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).
