Job Title: Project Coordinator (Agile/Scrum)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate for day-to-day project activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations as aligned.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Track sprint progress and help remove impediments for the development team.
• Monitor JIRA boards and ensure timely updates of tasks, stories, and bugs.
• Maintain project documentation, sprint reports, and action logs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and management.
• Escalate issues and risks in a timely and structured manner.
• Assist in preparing project dashboards and reports using excel or reporting tools.

Job Requirements:

• Basic understanding of SDLC, product lifecycle, and QA processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of other project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence and strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics like burn-down charts, velocity, cumulative flow diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Filtering/Analysis).
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and project reporting for presentations.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹222,000.00 - ₹796,635.22 per year
