Technical Support - Tier 1

As a Tier 1 Technical Support at GlobalLogic, you play a crucial role in providing initial service to customers" phone calls, identifying errors, opening cases, and resolving issues using the knowledge base. Level 0 technicians will perform basic troubleshooting and problem identification following established procedures.
