Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive for the US technical support and sales process, your role will involve interacting with clients through chat or calls. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your excellent English communication skills to effectively communicate with clients. - Applying your basic computer knowledge to handle various technical tasks. - Working night shifts for six days a week, with Sundays off. - Using your sales capabilities to up-sell service plans and software to US clients. - Demonstrating technical troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras. Desired experience for this role includes technical sales support, familiarity with smart speakers, email systems, extenders/routers, GPS systems, and a proven aptitude for excellent customer handling.
