Sales capabilities are preferred as the role involves up-selling service plans and software to US clients. Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, including resolving issues with MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras, is necessary. Desired experience includes prior involvement in technical sales support, familiarity with smart speakers, email systems, extenders/routers, GPS systems, and a proven track record of handling customers exceptionally well. This is a full-time, permanent position with a negotiable salary that includes attractive incentive plans potentially amounting up to 20k per month.
