Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for working with customers to identify software problems and providing them with solutions. You will also be required to log and keep records of customer/employee queries, as well as give software demonstrations to customers. It will be your responsibility to update the self-help manual so that customers/employees can attempt to resolve issues independently. Your role will involve having an in-depth understanding of the software that customers are using, and being able to assess the IT knowledge levels of each customer or employee. As a logical thinker, you should also possess the ability to handle difficult callers effectively. Strong communication skills, good analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills will be essential for this role. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in US shift timings.
