As a Technical Support Executive at Wzatco Projectors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to resolve customer queries and issues related to projectors. Your primary focus will be to interact with customers through various channels such as email, chat, phone, and video calls, ensuring they receive prompt and effective support to enhance their user experience. Your key responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound customer queries, offering technical support, and troubleshooting assistance. You will guide customers through detailed solutions to address their issues and escalate complex problems to higher support levels when necessary. It will be essential to maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system, prioritize customer satisfaction, and follow up to confirm issue resolution. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. The ability to efficiently manage multiple customer interactions is crucial for this position. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply for this full-time, permanent position.
