Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Individual for Technical Helpdesk Advisor for our US client’s infrastructure management. You will be responsible for configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems. Being into Technical Helpdesk Advisor, this is an excellent job opportunity to start your career as IT Support and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Required skills:

• Good Interpersonal skills

• Knowledge about Desktop Troubleshooting

Education and/or Experience:

• Any Technical qualifications (BCA, Btech, B.Sc.-IT).

• Night shifts and Rotational shifts
• 5 Days working in a week
