Job Summary:

Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to biometric devices and access control systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Process customer service requests, orders, and forms efficiently.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve emerging issues.
  • Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude throughout all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical/customer support roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of computer and technical skills.
  • Fluent in both Hindi and English.
