To install and configure Print management software , RFID card readers, Document management software etc to both end customers & resellers Exposure to installing enterprise software on Servers - windows, Linux platforms Configuring print servers and drivers Knowledge on configuring Network load balancers, failover clusters, firewall , external data base, Multifunction printers etc Ability to conduct technical training to customers and partners Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of systems, both before and after the sale; Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals; Excellent Verbal and written communication in English is a must have.
