Job Description

We are looking for a Support Executive Engineer who can handle Railways GPS device issues both online and offline. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, be able to resolve technical problems through software and web portal, and occasionally visit field locations for on-site support and testing. Responsibilities: Monitor and troubleshoot GPS devices online through portal. Coordinate with Railway users and resolve issues promptly. Visit field locations if required for installation or repair. Maintain daily service and report updates. Requirements: Good computer & internet knowledge. Willing to travel for field support. Freshers can apply.
