Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Tech Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, offering customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the ecommerce or events industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
