Job Description

We are actively seeking Technical Support Executive ( Freshers or interns ) to Installation and support of ippbx, computer networks, firewall at customer site and remote support. Background can be CCNA training, Desktop engineer with basic knowledge of networking Knowledge of network security principles and protocols, including firewalls, is essential. Hired candidates will be imparted 1 Month training for related products and services. Candidate should have good analytical skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and Internet resources is essential. Must have traits: Good interpersonal skills and clear communication in Hindi is a must. English is added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Technical support: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
