Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle technical support calls, emails, and chats

✔ Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude

✔Escalate complex issues to senior executives

Qualification & Skills:

BCA, Diploma, Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field (preferred)

Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Punjabi)

Basic knowledge of software, networking & accounting

Problem-solving attitude & eagerness to learn

Team player with good organizational skills
