Hiring for Technical Support Executive !!!


 


Designation: Technical Support Executive 


Qualification: Any Graduation / Undergraduates


 


Job Description :Required minimum 2 year of experience in International Voice Process




Package: Up to 6LPA 




Key Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.


Handle and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically.


Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.


Escalate issues to the L2 team when necessary.
