Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the networking field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network-related issues, and assisting clients and internal teams with hardware and software connectivity problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for networking devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
  • Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
  • Monitor and troubleshootnetwork performance and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with vendors for network-related escalations.
  • Maintain documentation of network configuration and issue resolution.
  • Support internal teams and clients via remote or onsite assistance.
  • Ensure all systems adhere to company IT policies and security protocols.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in networking or technical support role.
  • Job Type: Permanent, Work from Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
