We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the networking field . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network-related issues, and assisting clients and internal teams with hardware and software connectivity problems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for networking devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls. Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software. Monitor and troubleshootnetwork performance and ensure minimal downtime. Coordinate with vendors for network-related escalations. Maintain documentation of network configuration and issue resolution. Support internal teams and clients via remote or onsite assistance. Ensure all systems adhere to company IT policies and security protocols. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in networking or technical support role.
