Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing deskside support on Desktop OS such as Win XP, NT, 2K. Your hardware knowledge will be essential to open a PC and troubleshoot any issues. Additionally, you will handle IMACs (install, move, add, changes) for desktop hardware and software. Being well-versed in antivirus management and having experience in IT Operations for Windows, Linux, and Networking is necessary. Familiarity with Operating Systems Software and communication tools, as well as exposure to Office Products, Mailing Products, and networking technologies, will be beneficial. Your good diagnostic skills, comprehension power, and ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and the state language will be crucial for this role. It is important to note that you must be willing to work in the field.
