Job Description

You should be proficient in providing deskside support for Desktop OS such as Win XP, NT, and 2K. It is essential to possess hardware knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and conduct maintenance tasks on PCs. Your responsibilities will include IMACs (install, move, add, changes) for desktop hardware and software. Additionally, you should be well-versed in antivirus management and possess experience in IT Operations spanning Windows, Linux, and basic Networking. It is necessary to have exposure to Office Products, Mailing Products, and networking technologies. Strong diagnostic skills, excellent comprehension abilities, and effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and the state language are crucial. The role requires you to be willing to work in the field, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma in Electronics, BSC Electronics, or possess other relevant qualifications along with practical experience. Proficiency in Asset Management, Technical Services, Maintenance & Repair Skills, and Hardware Troubleshooting is key to succeeding in this role. Possession of certifications such as MCP, MCSE, or CCNA would be an added advantage.,
