You should be proficient in providing deskside support for Desktop OS such as Win XP, NT, and 2K. It is essential to possess hardware knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and conduct maintenance tasks on PCs. As a Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating both 3D and 2D models of various products. Your role will involve focusing on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to ensure efficient and effective production processes. You will be tasked with designing Injection Molds of varying complexities, including Hot Runner Mold, Unscrewing Mold, Multi-Cavity Mold, ranging from 60 tons to 1200 tons. Your expertise will also be required in Overmolding and 2K molding processes. Additionally, as part of your responsibilities, you will be involved in Electrode Design, conducting Design Reviews with Suppliers, and ensuring proper follow-up with Supplier Tool makers. Attending trials and overseeing Product Verification and Validation processes according to specified tests will also be crucial aspects of your role.,
