Technical Support Engineer(Java API)

We are looking out for Java developers with experience in Spring boot and SQL/MYSQL for the role of Technical Support Engineer(API). Need some one who are good at API development. Please find the below details

Total Exp: 1 + yrs
NP: Immediate to 15 daysCTC: Max upto 3.6 LPALocation: Hyderabad - working days would be Wednesday to Sunday, Wednesday to Friday its work from office, Saturday and Sunday its remote work, Monday & Tuesday weekly off

First four weeks, its general work days - Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

 API Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve API issues raised by clients to minimise service disruption.

 Code Fixes: Write and deploy code changes to fix bugs or improve API functionality, especially those requiring less than 10 person-days of effort.

 Ticket Management: Prioritise, track, and resolve technical support tickets using Jira.

 Customer Communication: Stay available via WhatsApp, email, and calls for prompt response and regular updates to client queries and issues.

 Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other engineers to ensure timely resolution and knowledge sharing when required.

 Code Reviews: Participate in API code reviews and follow best practices for maintainable, secure solutions.

 Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for recurring issues, fixes, and preventive measures.
