Technical Support Engineer- VOIP

You will be joining Vitel Global Communications Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of VoIP services known for delivering high-quality communication solutions to businesses and individuals globally. As a Technical Support Engineer based in Hyderabad, Telangana, your main responsibility will be to offer technical assistance for VoIP-related issues through phone calls and emails. You are expected to diagnose and resolve various VoIP problems, such as call quality issues, connectivity problems, and configuration errors. Moreover, you will assist customers in setting up, configuring, and maintaining VoIP systems while also monitoring and ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of the VoIP infrastructure. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system - Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance activities to avoid service interruptions - Stay updated with the latest VoIP technologies, trends, and best practices - Provide training and guidance to customers on VoIP system usage and features The ideal candidate should possess: - CCNA Voice / CCNP Collaboration certifications - Sound understanding of TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, SIP, RTP, H.323, LAN, WAN, and VOIP technologies,
