Position: Technical Support Engineer

Interact with customers to resolve technical / nontechnical queries within SLA & achieve C-Sat.

1. Manage inbound queries pertaining the technical issues & being a customer ambassador who is enthusiastic about creating a positive customer experience.

2. Build sustainable relationship with the clients & solve their issues with minimum TAT.

Supporting customers via Voice, Chat, Email, social media.

Required Skills:

In depth knowledge of Operating system, Networking, Digital Device security awareness.

Behavioral Skills:

Effective communication (spoken & written), Working professional, Eager to learn.

*Region wise Proficiency in the language with English & Hindi must (Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil)

Essential Qualifications:

Technical / Computer / IT Graduation / Post Graduation / BE freshers can apply.
Should persist good knowledge in Windows & basic knowledge in Networking Should be able to work under rotational shift.

Skill Required key words:

Effective communicate (spoken & written)

Region wise Proficiency in the language with

English & Hindi must (Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil)

Manage first level troubleshooting.

Try to resolve incidents at first level.
