Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Dynatrace, your role involves recognizing and solving technical problems reported by customers related to SaaS and Managed products. You will work with diverse customer technology ecosystems, collaborate with the global support team to deliver best-in-class customer experience, and directly engage with customer application specialists and SMEs to troubleshoot and resolve platform or product issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with various teams within the organization, attend training sessions for new product features, and contribute to product and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Recognize and solve technical problems reported by customers - Work with diverse customer technology ecosystems - Collaborate with the global support team for delivering exceptional customer experience - Engage with customer application specialists and SMEs to troubleshoot and resolve platform or product issues - Attend training sessions for new product features and technologies - Collaborate and exchange knowledge with colleagues - Suggest product and process improvements Qualifications Required: - 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Customer Support or equivalent - Availability to start in September 2025 - Strong passion for learning new technology - Independent thinker with a team-oriented approach - Innovative, creative, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Customer-focused mindset - Willingness to work on late shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Bangalore based residents only Dynatrace offers a culture of excellence with competitive compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance.
