Technical Support Engineer - IT Security

Hello,

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong interest in IT security to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for cyber security tools, secure systems, and client environments. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide clients on best practices, and ensure systems remain secure, stable, and compliant.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• Antivirus/EDR/XDR platforms
• Firewall or VPN configurations
• Email security & spam filtering
• Network access control & authentication
• User account and privilege issues
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security tools.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents per SLA timelines.
• Escalate complex or critical issues to higher-level cyber security teams.
• Work closely with security operations, network admins, and compliance teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide end-user training or walkthroughs on security features or tools.
• Experience supporting cloud-based security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, etc.)

Years of Experience:- 2-6 Years

Education:- Any Graduation / IT Background preferred.

Salary Range:- 4-5 Lacs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
