1. Implement Cloud solutions for customers.
2. Work and resolve customer technical queries.
3. Prepare technical solution documents.
4. Develop standardized practices for delivering new
products and capabilities using Cloud technologies.
5. Escalation management.
6. Vendor/OEM coordination.
7. Coordination with various support teams.
8. Build Test/Dev environment for Internal team and
customer POC/Demo on AWS Cloud platform.
9. Provide support to internal technical support team.
10. Ability to learn and implement new cloud
services/solutions.
1. Very Good understanding of AWS cloud platform.
2. Experience in Enterprise-grade solution implementations.
3. Good understanding of Network fundamentals like IP
Addressing, VLANs, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and knowledge
about common protocols like HTTP, FTP, SMTP, Telnet,
SNMP, NTP, LDAP, TLS, etc.
4. Good understanding of Servers and Storage fundamentals
NFS, SMB, iSCSI etc.
5. Installation, Configuration, Monitoring, Upgrade &
Troubleshooting of Virtualized cloud products appliance.
6. Good understanding about implementation and AWS
Infra as a Services (IaaS).
7. Good understanding about Docker, Containers and
Kubernetes and relative cloud services (e.g.ECS,EKS).
8. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work
independently with minimal supervision Works under
minimal supervision.
9. Energetic, self-motivated and self-sufficient in
accomplishing tasks.
10. Knowledge about ITIL process and documentation.
11. Works effectively with internal team and external
Vendors/OEMs.
12. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Should have good verbal and written skill.
