Technical Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of IBM Domino (Lotus Notes) server and client environments.• Experience with mail routing, replication, directory services, NSF databases.• Familiarity with Domino console commands, logs, and configuration files.• Basic scripting knowledge (LotusScript, Domino Admin commands).• Familiarity with Windows server OS and Active Directory.• Tools: Domino Administrator, Notes client, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy), Monitoring tools.________________________________________Behavioral & Process Skills:• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.• Attention to detail in root cause analysis and documentation.• Ability to work in 24x7 or rotational support models as needed.• Exposure to ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.• Collaborative attitude in cross-functional, global delivery environments.________________________________________Qualifications:• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.• 37 years of experience in application support roles.• IBM Domino certifications (preferred, not mandatory).• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).________________________________________Working Model & AMS Expectations:• Work as part of a managed services team supporting global clients.• Align with service levels (SLA/OLA) and maintain KPI compliance.• Participate in daily status calls, shift handovers, and weekly reviews.• Contribute to Service Improvement Plans (SIPs), root cause trend analysis, and automation initiatives.• Provide inputs for patching, upgrade windows, and UAT validation as part of AMS lifecycle.
