Role & responsibilities Technical Skills Required: • Strong understanding of IBM Domino (Lotus Notes) server and client environments. • Experience with mail routing, replication, directory services, NSF databases. • Familiarity with Domino console commands, logs, and configuration files. • Basic scripting knowledge (LotusScript, Domino Admin commands). • Familiarity with Windows server OS and Active Directory. • Tools: Domino Administrator, Notes client, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy), Monitoring tools. ________________________________________ Behavioral & Process Skills: • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail in root cause analysis and documentation. • Ability to work in 24x7 or rotational support models as needed. • Exposure to ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management. • Collaborative attitude in cross-functional, global delivery environments. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. • 37 years of experience in application support roles. • IBM Domino certifications (preferred, not mandatory). • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). ________________________________________ Working Model & AMS Expectations: • Work as part of a managed services team supporting global clients. • Align with service levels (SLA/OLA) and maintain KPI compliance. • Participate in daily status calls, shift handovers, and weekly reviews. • Contribute to Service Improvement Plans (SIPs), root cause trend analysis, and automation initiatives. • Provide inputs for patching, upgrade windows, and UAT validation as part of AMS lifecycle.
