Job Description

Job Profile:

Role & responsibilities:

Commissioning and troubleshooting of Gearless Integrated Elevator Controllers, VVVF AC drives, Door drives, LOP/COP and wiring harness at site locations.
Extensive traveling to customer locations at various cities of India for training customer technicians and troubleshooting of products.
Continuous telephonic support to customers.
Debugging of electronic hardware through soldering/de-soldering of electronic components on faulty PCB boards at branch office locations.
Managing spare parts inventory and repair jobs with central repairs team.

Preferred candidate profile:

In depth commissioning knowledge of Elevator controllers, VVVF AC Drives, Servo drives, PLC, and other automation products.
Knack of troubleshooting, analytical and logical reasoning skills.
Well verse in written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional language. Schooling in english medium will be preferred.
3-5 years of experience in automation field.
Strong customer handling and leadership skills.
Extrovert, self-motivated and team player.
