Technical Support Engineer : Access Control and BMS

We’re hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support and demonstrate advanced access control and building management solutions across client sites. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Access Control Systems and Building Management Software (BMS).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Perform basic network setup (IP addressing, switches, routers, firewalls).
• Assist with on-site project implementation, commissioning, and testing.
• Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely support and solutions.
• Travel frequently to client sites for support and demos.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics,Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in technical support for Access Control Systems or Building Management Software.
• Hands-on experience with advanced access control systems (controllers, readers, biometric devices, etc.).
• Strong understanding of basic networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of BMS integration protocols (Modbus, BACnet, OPC).
• Experience with CCTV, Intrusion Detection, or other Security Systems.
• Familiarity with databases and Windows /Linux server environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
