Technical Support Associate – Voice Process (AT&T – Networking)

Job Description Tech Mahindra is looking for experienced Technical Support Associates for a voice-based support process for our esteemed AT&T client . This role is ideal for candidates with a background in networking, Active Directory, routing & switching , and a passion for solving technical issues in a high-paced global telecom environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support over voice calls to AT&T customers. Troubleshoot issues related to networking, routing, switching, and Active Directory. Analyze and resolve technical problems efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction. Document and escalate issues as needed, following standard protocols. Adhere to defined quality and compliance guidelines and meet SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 18 months of experience in technical voice support roles. Strong working knowledge of: Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Routing & Switching Active Directory administration Basic troubleshooting of network and system issues Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends. Experience supporting international clients is mandatory .
