Job Description

The Baan/LN Technical Support Associate is primarily responsible for the technical aspects of supporting Clients ERP AMS Baan and LN customers.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Client AMS customers for technical areas of Baan and LN, including (but not limited to): user management, job management, custom Baan/LN report development, integrations management, EDI management, Bridgelogix/Infor Warehouse Mobility/Factory Track administration Create and maintain AMS playbooks (focus on Technical) On call rotation availability Assist to setup monitoring on all supported applications and interfaces Assist with testing/setup of Clients Baan and LN environments (including Cloudsuite environments) Crosstrain and mentor other team members on position responsibilities Manage ticketing and ticketing queues Manage resolution of Tier 3 escalations Communicate effectively and proactively with client stakeholders and users

Job Requirements:

Windows and *nix operating system experience, including scripting
SQL Server and Oracle database system administration experience General SQL querying experience Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques Baan/LN user management experience Baan/LN job management experience Baan/LN 3GL/4GL development experience StreamServe experience desired Infor Operating Service (ION) experience desired EDI Experience Bridgelogix administration experience Knowledge of Baan/LN general functionality Desire and ability to learn quickly, take professional risks, and operate in a fast-paced innovative environment Solid written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated orientation to the details
