Hiring: Technical Support Advocate Hyderabad (Night Shifts)

Location:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 & Surface device issues via phone/chat/email.

  • Provide remote support & ensure timely resolution.

  • Document cases, escalate when needed & aim for first-contact resolution.

  • Stay updated on Microsoft product updates & patches.

  • Maintain professionalism & meet customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of technical support experience.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, O365, hardware & remote troubleshooting.
