Technical Supervisor Solar Energy Location: Mumbai Experience: 2-5 Years Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Supervision: Oversee solar installation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Supervise the work of technicians and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects. 2. Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for solar power systems to maximize efficiency and performance. Conduct periodic system checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations. 3. Inspection & Troubleshooting: Perform detailed inspections of solar installations, identifying defects or malfunctions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar inverters, panels, and electrical components. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance. Prepare reports for management highlighting system performance metrics and maintenance schedules. 5. Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients during installation and maintenance phases to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Provide guidance on system operations and maintenance best practices. 6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Train team members on safe work practices and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Solar specialization preferred). Degree in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in solar installation, operations, and maintenance. Skills: Strong understanding of solar power systems, electrical wiring, and preventive maintenance techniques. Hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in solar installation and maintenance.
