Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational, using your deep technical expertise to enhance service quality. You will be working across various technology domains like Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications, contributing to operational improvements and managing high-complexity tickets. Key Responsibilities: - Perform pre-emptive incident resolution and product reviews - Conduct checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts - Analyze, assign, and escalate support calls, identifying optimization opportunities - Create knowledge articles, train junior team members, and coach L2 teams - Engage with third-party vendors and support project implementation - Provide diverse solutions, mentor junior team members, and keep systems updated - Work on operational improvements, managing high-complexity tickets, and adhering to client requirements and timelines Qualifications Required: - Extensive Managed Services experience - Strong ITIL process understanding - Proven vendor/third-party collaboration - Effective communication across cultures - Strong planning skills and positive outlook under pressure - Active listening and adaptability to changing client needs - Client-focused approach - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent qualification Additional Details: NTT DATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer, fostering a workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion.
