Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze logs across Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments to proactively detect and address system issues
Troubleshoot incidents and execute restoration processes, documenting all actions in the ticketing system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and engage with third-party vendors as required
Maintain process compliance by updating ticket logs, preparing shift handover reports, and ensuring SLA adherence

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (UG); Postgraduate degree preferred
Certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware 201, Virtualization Fundamentals
Experience in kernel patching, antivirus management, and handling storage additions as per DB requirements
Proficiency in scripting for automating system monitoring and maintenance tasks
