Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
Perform kernel patching and add storage based on database team requirements.
Automate monitoring tasks using scripting tools for improved operational efficiency.
Escalate unresolved or unknown issues to L3 SMEs and collaborate on bridges with third-party vendors.
Maintain full process compliance by documenting analysis, actions taken, and follow-through on ticket closure and SLA adherence.

Job Requirements

Graduate in Engineering or Science.
Desirable certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware Virtualization Fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in antivirus tools, clustering, scripting automation, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of network and system security.
Effective communication, detailed documentation, and SLA tracking capabilities.
