Description
As a Technical Specialist Functional Analyst at Associate level in Pune, India, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting requirements, translating them into system-specific functional specifications, analyzing changes' impact, and supporting business during implementation. You will also produce business-facing documentation such as Business Requirement documents, Design Specification Documents, user manuals, and solution briefs for L3 requests raised by Business for enhancements. - Be the expert contact to determine solutions and establish relations between Business, Consumers, Product Owners, IT, and interfacing applications - Create new business solutions, manage enhancements, issues, and risks - Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables - Collaborate with Technical Teams by providing requirement breakdown - Elaborate on Techno-functional impact of customer requests on ongoing production processes - Support Business in creating, validating, and documenting User acceptance test cases - Maintain stability, quality, and timeliness of Mainframe/Java/Big Data-based Data Delivery of End of day and Month data - Undergraduate Degree from a university with IT or economics major or equivalent diploma/work experience (qualified banker preferable) - Several years of professional experience in business analysis in the financial services sector - Techno-functional skills are preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving experience - Experience handling the test procedure model - Knowledge about core tools and processes e.g. HP Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, Service Now - Knowledge of Application Lifecycles Waterfall and Agile is required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on delivery - Ability to balance business demands and IT fulfillment in terms of standardization, reducing risk, and increasing IT flexibility - Fluent English language skills, German language skills will be an added advantage Deutsche Bank offers a culture of continuous learning, training, and development to help you excel in your career.
