· Deal with customer inquiries and complaints within prescribed response time
· Provide relevant technical support, answer customers' questions and inquiries
· Write and produce service-related documents or videos
· Prepare and conduct training based on customer&sales requirements.
· Do troubleshooting and product debugging, and solve problems encountered by customers on site
· Coordinated replacement inverter issuing and faulty inverter collection
· Make delivery plans for service stock according to customer projects
· Manager the service materials and service tool
· A technical background with a bachelor’s degree from a University or Technical College, preferably in Electrical, Renewable, Photovoltaic Engineering or similar.
· Fluent in English and good communication skills
· Have knowledge of the PV, energy storage systems
· Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the industry.
· Strong data sorting and analysis ability
· Sense of responsibility and performance driven
· Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to deal with customers independently and adapt to strong working pressure
· Able to deal with unexpected tasks
