Technical service Manager Material Science Polymer Application

We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Expert who can support customers in polymer and plastic applications. The role involves providing technical solutions, conducting trials, resolving customer complaints, and supporting sales teams through value-based technical guidance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the field, solving technical challenges, and working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and application support to internal teams and external customers for polymer & plastics applications.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, conduct compounding/application trials, and support customers struggling with formulations.
• Work closely with sales teams to support revenue growth through technical presentations, application trials, and value-proposition demonstrations.
• Enhance company-wide technical knowledge in Polyolefins, PVC, and other polymer segments such as Thermosets, Epoxy, PU, Rubber & Elastomers, etc.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer events to represent product portfolios.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze benchmark data, and provide insights to internal teams.

Required Education & Experience

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Plastics or Polymers OR B.Tech in Polymer Engineering
• Minimum 6+ years of industrial experience in polymer applications
• Mandatory experience with Polyolefin applications such as CaCO₃ masterbatches
• Strong understanding of various resin systems and polymer processing

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
