Qualifications

Technical Services and Technical Support skills
Proven Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in a technical or engineering field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
