As a Technical Service Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in the service business team by being a key technical expert specializing in the fixing and resolution of reciprocating compressor issues during service and operations. You will serve as a bridge between customers and Gas Service Client Managers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Additionally, you will facilitate the development of service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints will be essential. Your professionalism will be key in addressing customer complaints and providing resolutions that uphold the company's reputation for excellent service. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you diagnose and fix technical issues with compressors during service and operations. Providing on-site technical support to customers will ensure quick and effective resolution of service issues.
